Use RDH Temps, Inc. to Find Your Next Job!
RDH Temps has dozens of job openings for full-time and part time positions. Many of these positions are exclusive to RDH Temps and are not listed anywhere else.
When RDH Temps elects to present your resume to a facility you won't be just another resume in the pile. We will tell you more about the facility and the position than any want-ad can. If you decide to pursue the position, we will introduce you to the facility in a way that will highlight the attributes that make you a good candidate for the position.
When RDH Temps represents you as a candidate, you will be informed throughout the process:
Before submitting you as a candidate, we will describe the opportunity to you and let you decide whether or not you would like to be considered for the job.
If the facility decides to conduct an interview, we will check in with both you and the facility afterward.
Because all of our candidates are registered with us, we can arrange working interviews where you spend a day working at the office and are paid by RDH Temps, Inc. as our employee. This special service gives both the candidate and the facility a wonderful opportunity to get to know each other and see if it's a good fit.
If you are hired, RDH Temps will contact both you and the facility to confirm all of the details and express our congratulations!
If you are not registered with RDH Temps, you must first do so. To start the process, simply contact us and let us know you are interested in our permanent placement services. There is never a fee to register with RDH Temps!
Once we verify your eligibility, we will arrange an interview with you in a convenient location. You should bring your resume. If you need help with your resume, we have some resume writing tips here.
You will also need to bring proof of identity and proof that you are a US citizen or are legally eligible to work in the US. If you have any of the documents on our A.C.E. list, you should also bring copies of those.
At the interview you will fill out some documentation and paperwork, and the interviewer will discuss with you the type of job you are looking for, your availability, the places you are willing to commute to, and answer any questions.
Shortly after your interview, one of our permanent placement coordinators will call you to review any jobs we may have that match your skills, experience, and your criteria. Any time a new job comes in while you are on our active list, we will evaluate that position to determine if it is a potential match for you.
